Ms. Stephanie Hillis, Principal
Poplar Bluff Middle School is dedicated to providing a caring, supportive, and challenging learning environment for all students in grades 4 through 6. While we take pride in our modern facilities and rigorous curriculum, the true heart of our school lies in the strong community built by our students, staff, and families.
Our staff members are committed educators who go above and beyond to ensure every student can succeed. They foster a compassionate, inclusive culture where learning thrives, and they create meaningful connections that encourage students to reach their full potential.
Poplar Bluff Middle School is fortunate to have incredible support from our parents and PTO. Through their efforts—whether it’s organizing fundraisers, planning WINGS parties, coordinating student planners, or supporting special events—they help create opportunities and experiences that enrich student life. Their partnership is an essential part of our success.
Guiding everything we do are two simple, powerful principles:
Work hard. Be nice.
These core values inspire students to strive for excellence while treating others with kindness and respect. Our students embody these ideals daily, working diligently toward their goals and supporting each other along the way.
At Poplar Bluff Middle School, we believe in preparing students not just for the next grade, but for a lifetime of learning and growth. With the dedication of our staff, the support of our families, and the spirit of our students, we know the future is bright.
